Coach as leader:
As coach, I believe that every person has the potential to lead their own lives towards fulfilment. Every person has it in them to be creative, resourceful and whole in finding ways to achieve their goals.
An individual who feels they are effective in realizing their vision will soon turn their attention to empowering others around them. Sparks will spread, each sending positive change out to the world.
Coaches can ignite these shifts in people, and that is the valuable contribution we offer from where we are.
