I believe leadership is not the result of having a certain position or a job title. Leadership first comes from within. It is the ability to see potential in front of you, exercise the courage to move towards it and inspire others to join in making that vision a reality. Leadership is also about leaving a positive impact on the people around you.
I am a certified coach and an organizational development consultant of over 15 years. About a decade ago I made the choice to focus my career on developing amazing leaders in the workplace because of the far-reaching impact they can have on the people around them and beyond.
I have worked with hundreds of diverse leaders and dozens of teams at various levels and across multiple functional streams. I understand the complexity of competing demands, mounting pressures and uncertainty about the future that leaders must manage. As their coach, I help leaders develop the skills and emotional intelligence necessary for them to successfully tackle these challenges.

My qualifications include an Honours BA in Psychology, an M.Ed. in Adult Education and completion of advanced coaching training (accredited by the International Coaching Federation).
